The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University claims to be the first ever legitimately global business school and with a presence in Shanghai, New Delhi, Dubai, St Petersburg, London, Johannesburg and Durham US few could argue with their claim. Having a foothold in key strategic economies offers many benefits to students and allows Fuqua to leverage relationships with multi-national companies across different continents, all facing different business challenges.

Fuqua is currently ranked just inside the top 20 in the Financial Times Business Schools Global MBA Rankings. There seems to be strong affinity between Fuqua Alumni and the financial services sector with 30% of Alumni pursuing a career in this sector.

The average Alumni salary at 3 years after graduation is particularly impressive at $254,564, putting Faqua ahead of other big hitters such as Wharton, Chicago Booth and INSEAD.

    Fuqua’s salary average is pretty impressive, $254,564 is a definitely a number most Master’s of Business Administration are looking for. What area of study do you find is the majority of student apply to? I’m assuming the energy market would easily produce a salary of that size?

    I also browsed the Best Online MBA Programs per Keline’s suggestion and the number of applicants and the location of study is really mind-blowing.
